What are the cancellation policies?

For group classes and privates, kindly cancel reservations within 12 hours of the class start for a voucher. Classes are non-refundable if canceled within 12 hours of the class start. The training and retreats have a unique cancellation policy outlined in its description.

Are classes for everyone?

Absolutely. We only request an open and positive energy. Please come say hi at beginning of the class if you come for the first time, or if you just want to say hi !

How do private sessions work?

Private sessions are exclusive one-on-one sessions with Clo. These sessions can be tailored to encompass yoga flows, focus on specific themes (such as handstands, stretches, beginner yoga, etc.), or engage in sound bath & meditation sessions for a comprehensive sound healing experience. Private sessions can be one-time or part of personalized programs, offering in-person and online coaching on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Each session is unique and will be discussed personally.

What characterizes a Sound Bath Meditation Group session?

A Sound Bath or Sound Healing Meditation session is a holistic form of relaxation, meditation, and sound therapy. Classes may commence with stretches and pranayama techniques to prepare your energy. Subsequently, lying down with closed eyes, participants experience the soothing resonance of crystal bowls and other instruments. This form of meditation facilitates the transition of your system into a parasympathetic state, effectively addressing stress and anxiety. Participants typically report feeling rejuvenated and serene afterward, with heightened mental clarity and an overall sense of peace.

Is the Sound Healing & Meditation Training exclusively for teachers?

No, the Sound Healing & Meditation Training caters to individuals with an interest in exploring and learning about sound healing and meditation techniques. The course provides valuable insights, tools, and exercises to enhance proficiency in mind dialogue. Participants can apply these practices for personal growth and also acquire the skills to guide friends, family, and students. Being a yoga teacher is not a prerequisite for this course.

Yes, this training is Yoga Alliance CE Training Hours certified, allowing you to include these hours in your continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance

When starting a free trial, you will automatically be billed unless you cancel prior to the end of your free trial period.Both annual and monthly memberships will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to your next billing cycle.
